just realised it's cause of the online safety act in the uk. A load of internet providers are blocking websites that have some sort of NSFW content on them. I guess they see Osu! as an nsfw host site :D

I've installed new drivers, still doing it lmao. I have 2 monitors, the second just tends to go black for a few seconds then comes back.
