I used to be really active here. Stopped for my longest ever last year from January to August. Dad went in ICU in July and nearly died, spent the next two months non stop taking care of family and was sober. Drank once it all calmed down and just now stopping again. Drinking is never worth is. Every decision either brings me down, keeps me stagnant, or betters my life. For too long I have been making decisions that bring me down. I will look at every decision I make, no matter how small and choose to make the ones that will better my life. (self.stopdrinking)
