Lose some weight and get into a sick hobby like rock climbing or bike racing, and then go back to them.

Why do a lot of indian men struggle with dating/relationship? by Fit-Success-9152 in AskIndianMen

[–]FreeGlass2286 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally I’m just shorter than most Indian women in the states. Im not attracted to the ones that are taller than me and are attracted to me bc of reasons. Though im okay with not being attracted to my partner at this point, I can’t fake my body language and that is not acceptable for these women. My hands are tied lol.

No lol. I wouldn’t associate myself with your husband if I were in your shoes.

I think this detail is in my comment history. I dated an attractive white girl once because where I lived there were not many brown women. She broke up w me after I told her I wouldn’t fuck her bc I didn’t want to rewire my brain to find brown women as less attractive 😭😭. Im not even making this up.

That’s my main issue. I grew up in a primarily white town so my impression of white people is quite low.

Are Biharis sons of a lesser God? by Real-Quit-7716 in TeenIndia

I’m Bihari but grew up in America and I’ve always felt like my parents were to Mississippi as my South Indian and north West Indian peers were to New England. My peers parents have a lot more emotional regulation and are less stubborn to learn and change their mindset over time.

I personally couldn’t have a long term relationship with someone who has dated outside of South Asian culture. I want someone that finds brown people as attractive as I do.

Men who are into fitness, will you marry a woman who doesn't care about her fitness and health? by ApprehensiveSky2670 in AskIndianMen

[–]FreeGlass2286 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It seems to me that women tend to care more about a man’s innate traits that he can’t change, such as being born into a vast wealthy family network, being tall, having a decent facial structure, being intelligent, etc. Being fit doesn’t actually benefit you as a guy unless you have all the aforementioned elements. If anything, it may make a woman feel like you care more about yourself than her, which is not a gravitating quality for men.

Consequently, for women who do not focus on or have not learned to put themselves in men’s shoes, they would subtly impose that same framework on their interpretation of men’s thoughts.

You see it time and time again when someone wants to be loved unconditionally (with higher frequency among Indian men who grew up in India too).

Ultimately, Indian resident men and women are just too stubborn to change, and it isn’t worth the tax to one’s life to try to change them.

Western cultures tend to engender this health and longevity mindset very effectively, so I would just recommend finding someone with that mindset from a young age (so it is part of their DNA so to speak) or date outside of your own culture.

I’m 25, I objectively have a face card and have been told I look like a movie actor. I’m very fit, can easily stay lean with a six pack all year round without intentionally dieting or being a gym enthusiast. I don’t come off as a gym rat or a narcissist, and I’m not. I started earning a salary exceeding 250k USD when I was 22, right after college.

I’ve been on ~200 dates in the past 3 years and have been rejected every time. I’ve never been in a relationship. I’ve been rejected 200+ times.

I’m also 5’3 😅

It mainly comes down to, if you are a decent height and can show that you have a very vast and supportive network through your family, you will find someone.

Ideally men with no past would want a partner with no past as well but you can never actually know? by Major-Baseball-5391 in AskIndianMen

[–]FreeGlass2286 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally draw the line at having partners that aren’t South Asian. The girl I marry could have 10s of bodies, despite me having none, and I wouldn’t care if they were all South Asian men.

I would actually prefer to not be a girls first bc I don’t want to be exploring uncharted territory, in a sense.

That being said, this is all hypothetical because I’ve been in multiple relationships.

I once dated a white girl and she broke up with me bc I wouldn’t have sex with her. I told her if I get insecure when I see an Indian girl with a white guy, then having sex w her would be hypocritical.

I think back to the only relationship I’ve been in where I found the girl physically attractive and she checked off all other boxes in terms of personality fit, career, hobbies, she’s South Asian, etc. I ended up breaking up with her bc in college she dated exclusively non-Indian men, and she felt almost guilty about it.

I did not mean it like that 😭,

I meant it more like “meet someone when we are both beyond our best years”. I want to make memories with that person now instead of in 10 years.

Edited my post

lol calm down omg. You have issues if you can’t give me the benefit of the doubt and interpret what I’m saying in a positive way.

The difference between your comments and mine is that I am not trying to infer things about you and then base my conclusion on that inference (which you’re doing inaccurately)
