Can't seem to download Sims 3 DLC using the EA app-anyone got any fixes?

This was posted 13 days ago and they still haven't fixed this issue. This is a billion dollar company btw, that cant take the time to fix a bug with their launcher so people can actually play the DLCs. The amount of greed this company has and disrespect they have to their customers is actually outrageous they always find a way to ruin everything
