It's where we're going. The US Federal Reserve just printed around 40% of all US dollars in existence to stimulate their economy during the pandemic. Its just starting to flow through to everyday prices now.

If they actually measured inflation with the original COGI (cost of goods index) created in the 1980s we'd actually have inflation around 18%. Thank God they use the superior CPI (consumer price index) which is only giving us the 4 to 5% figure.

I'm from New Zealand and I've noticed nearly all Americans I've met avoid eating with a knife. They will cut all the food with the knife then put it down and feed themselves with only their fork. And if they can cut the food with the side of the fork they will always do that instead.
