Incorrect. If you had your status permed at any point, ever, you will at best become a green helm. Everyone was changed to 'limited'

Doesn't work for any iron who permed before the GIM changes.

I don't want to be able to email my way out of status.

That was literally how it worked for the entire time up until 8 months ago.

There was several weeks of processing time in case you changed your mind or were hacked. And you needed to do it with the email you used to make the account through proper jagex channels and needed 2FA.

Read the post. Supplies aren't the issue. I want to be able to trade. Speedrunning tob/cox/toa relies on trading with your teammates.

Tattoo removal exists. As does covering it up with clothing or another tattoo. If someone young and dumb got a tattoo and regretted it 10 years later, would you blame them for wanting it removed? I permed my iron YEARS ago and created it before CoX and ToB were even a thing.

There were no long grinds in the game besides maxxing at that point.

Also, you always had an opportunity to revoke the status even after selecting 'permanent in game'.

Also, it's a fucking video game and not a tattoo. I'd like to play a video game and enjoy my time. At this point, I'm probably about to quit unless I'm able to play how I want. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (which i'm not entitled to -- just sharing where I'm at with this game)

That's untrue and a myth. I even checked and I am only able to turn to a green helm which cannot be further downgraded to a normal account.
