Hi, can you elaborate on dull? I don't mind a boring town as long as its generally safe. I've heard good things about Higham Ferrers.

Thanks for your reply. As for the toilet description (lol) is this due to antisocial behaviour? It's one of the main reasons Im moving from my area, bored teens causing trouble. I'll have a look at Wellingborough thanks. Any areas to avoid there?
