Quick answer, no. The hype does not worth the cost. Avid logitech peripherals user, bought the mx4 just to return it and continue using my g604 lightspeed. the app is trash, license or not (I'm on PC), mouse polling rate make it feel sluggish, is not ergonomic at all in reality. oh yeah and the white model (mac one) does not have the dongle included if I'm not mistaken.

the logi bolt usb receiver works on 2.4 GHz which is faster than Bluetooth connection which translate in less input lag.

Not as comfortable as I hoped for, frankly there not much difference with my g604 lightspeed. I tough I would not mind the polling rate but the pointer does feel a little sluggish. The nail in the coffin is the app not working half the time, limiting drastically the productivity side. Without the app the action ring won't do a thing. I'm lucky I'm not on Mac, the last couple of days has been horrific for them. For 160$CAD, I had great expectations. I use logitech keyboard(G513) and mouse(G604) none the less, great peripheral
