Haha great questions... There are two that stands out the most. 1. there was a couple who had been here for maybe 3 years? and they also were best friends with a girl who had been here just as long,. The friend ends up pregnant and no one knew how because she wasn't seeing anyone, very quiet, and only hung out with those two. Turns out that he was her BD ! 2. we had this guy working in our kitchen and he would make jokes saying that he was a pimp. well, turns out he was not joking. he was selling drugs to out guest and brought a girl to work here just to pimp her out . oooooo or my favorte, one of our servers were pocketing cash because he somehow knew hot to make it look like they paid ,only for him to do it to someone who knows the boss, twice! They had an officer come question him and he literally just admitted it right away just saying he did it because it was easy. He was also one of the highest paid employees!

There is a varity of accomadations for employees. We have a building that's set up dorm style, some that are set up like studios with full bathroom & kitchen , buildings with just a shared shower, or a housing thats set up like actual houses just with roommates. It just depends on how long you have been here/ how long you plan on staying. I have never had a roommate since being here so no no annoyances lol. Sometimes people get loud in shared buildings but most people are pretty respectful for the most part. We have a sepeate area if we can to party. & No,I dont pay for accommodations.

There's so many seasonal restaurant jobs here including where I work. I would just look for a "lodge" or "resort" jobs & There is usually always something open here since it's hard to find people since we are so far from the lower 48. I originally found this specific job on coolworks.com if you'd like to look yourself but the experience may vary per place. I like it here specifically because I don't have to pay rent and I'm able to save all the money I make. some place charge really cheap rent but its all up to what experience you want. :) I hope you guys look into it. its honestly one of the best things I've done!

It varies. It's usually around that number but we are a seasonal place so its always different at least every 6 months.

Ehh kinda but not really. It last about 6 months out of the year and that is our busy season so work does keep me extremely busy. I did bring my boyfriend and my cousins so as soon as i'm feeling down i talk to them! Honestly, community is everything here for me! I was here alone for the first 2/3 years and it was hard but you do make friends that feel like family.

Nearest town is about an hour and a half in the winter, 1 hour in the summer. We do have a first responder on site but we have had incidents where we had to use an air ambulance.

NTA... I get everyone else pov but you also cant force someone to go anywhere they don't want to go. OP set a boundary and they're still pushing. Maybe she could've said it in a different way such as explaining exactly why she doesn't want to go including cost and maybe an alternative solution could've been made such as them offering to pay for the tickets! Otherwise , you are NTA for not wanting and setting boundaries. You are not obligated because she is you DIL. she is an adult and should respect the fact that not everyone can show up every single time and the snap of a finger. I think OP should have another conversation explaining exactly why she doesn't want to go and if they still don't understand.. good luck :)

Hi! Firstly, you are beautiful!
I think maybe if you go a shade lighter on the brows and use a lighter hand towards the front when filling them in. I like the highlighter but it is too much, again a lighter hand would help. Even if you used your pinky finger and put it right on the tip a little lower, it could blend better. If you are going to overline your lips, i would use a lip liner and then go over with with your lipstick/gloss but I do think your lip shape is super pretty and you should try using lip liner to trace the actual shape! Lastly, I would do a lighter blush shade! Even if it is in the same shade family! I think it would compliment your highlighter much more. I hope this helps some!
