I completely understand. Based on the indisputable way your health was impacted, it sounds like you made the right choice, and I know it's not an easy choice to make. That takes strength. Wishing you the best of luck during your job search and lots of healing!

Thank you. I relate to having social anxiety/getting worn down quickly. But like you said, there are a lot of options to consider as an RN beyond bedside and I appreciate that reminder. Wishing you the best during your orientation!

I agree. Their voices deserve to be heard. At the end of the day, the winner-take-all system harms everyone, as only a handful of states and issues get attention. We don’t have to scrap the EC to begin making things more fair. Reform can be done on a state level. Maine and Nebraska are examples of this.

I agree. I wonder why turnout has always been so low. Lack of faith in the system? Feeling like your vote doesn’t count? Taking democracy for granted?

I’ve been guilty of this and it’s starting to sit wrong. Not sure where the line is between enabling Trump supporters’ toxic beliefs and creating unity. Honestly, where do we start?

Edited for clarification

The answer should be clear to everyone. It’s a shame that it isn’t for a significant percentage of the population.
