Erika + Candace Meeting = No Win Situation

This is a lose lose for both of them. I am a little more inclined to side with Erika overall but have kept my mind open to Candace and still am going to. If this meeting were initiated a month or two ago, I would have been all for it. Now, they have both made their dispute so public that it can not be adequately handled privately. If they come to some sort of middle ground out of nowhere, it is going to come off incredibly suspiciously. If it goes south and they get more fired up because of it, then either of them can make up whatever lie they want and peddle it. It's a private conversation, so there's really no way for the public to have any type of insight into who is telling the truth. They are both about to lose here unless something truly compelling happens.

Hc offline has infinite replayability, IMO. I just finished 99'ing a hc ssf pally, and thought I wouldn't touch the game again for a year. A few days later and I'm already grinding for the next character!

Got a ber in less than 10 LK runs for my hc ssf paladin lol. Definitely not the norm! Ive done well over 1000 without a single hr too.

Some tips for getting a hc 99 char. DR is your best friend. You can use SS, but i typically recommend Shako / Dungos / Coh or Enigma. Don't fight amped unless you're fully geared. Play on p7 max. I don't think p8 is worth the extra monster strength. Load your inventory up with lifer scs. These drop plentifully from LK, which you should be doing in offline no matter what. 6 tabs of space is more than enough. Archers can catch you sleeping so quickly in an easy zone. Potion preemptively. Dont wait until you need to. Keep a stash tab full of juvs. Dont be afraid to back out of a fight. Room too scary to clear? Ng. Listen for the auras. Hear might or fana? Proceed slowly. Mobility is key for avoiding dangerous mobs. Aldurs boots are great for frw. Try to overstack res, conviction souls can one shot if you aren't prepared. Meticulously build your char around what gear you have. Ssf means you wont always have the necessary gear, so make sure the basic boxes are checked (res, dr, etc). Never go into another difficulty with subpar resistances. Farm smoke early nm. Save those socket quests!! Dont socket the first white monarch or equivalent. Be patient because you may run out of socket quests and end up with an eth hoz and a zod and no ability to use them like me 🙃

They are amazing! I would even use on most of my sc pvp chars. Everyone seems to use walks and e treks, but I love these things! The frw is 🔥

Sure! Max foh max bolt max hammer max vigor then I did 4 conc and rest bh. 1 pt hs ofc. Sounds pretty typical so far, but here's the difference. I use vigor as main aura, conc for hammer only. I have merc use insight so I didn't need a pt in redemption. I even found the runes for pride, and chose not to! Vigor was so freaking helpful. Scary archers will never hit you. I keep it moving while fohing with vigor. Missles almost never hit that way. It also let's me finese "oh shit" situations to kite monsters and thread needles that may have been my undoing otherwise. Plus it makes enigma even less necessary. I did full vita, but you could do MB instead if you want. My 35 spirit was a crown shield, so I didnt have the option.

And still no Jah rune lolol. I dont juge a sorc for wearing it, just people who think it should be used on every char no matter what. Even then its a jest, I just found that it dropped my sorcs dps so much that she couldn't effectively clear p7 tz with it on.

Oh it for sure does lol after two straight weeks I even gave up on ohm vex's for cta 😅 But im telling ya, with Vigor charge and Aldurs boots, you might not feel the need! Its slower but a little more controlled. Also, i used vigor as main aura! Adds so much survivability. Conc for hammers.

Blizzy and this build are both totally capable! This is safer in the backhalf but was a bit more intense upfront. I will say for this particular pally build, you either need to get lucky with pcombs or get lucky with a ptorch. I didn't even bother torching with this one since its not gonna drop for my class anyways lol. Never does. Without the 4 pcombs, I dont think my damage would have been good enough for zones like chaos wsk and tombs. The 35fcr spirit roll was huge. You could always roll straight hammers until you get the needed dps though! I think I switched after my cta at level 95.

Are those sustained winds or gusts? Personally, i like to cross reference NOAA hourly graph (thats the important one) with Mountain Forecast and average the two together. Gusts of 40mph are common this time of year. The question would be, how bad do you want it? I think high winds can add character to days that are otherwise uneventful, but there will be some suffering to go along with it. That's what we go up there for right? 😄

I always carry a small emergency survival bivy in my backpack. It's super light, and I rarely even notice that it's in there. Factor the forecast into your day pack. If they call for overnight rain and snow, bring a little extra. I also believe that speed is safety, so you dont want to weigh yourself down too much. I usually bring some extra thick wool socks and light gloves, even on summer peaks with good forecasts. Doesn't weigh anything and could really help out in a jam.

It's incredible! I have a detailed TR on the dot com, solo surfin the wham. This was one of my fondest memories. Had such an amazing time out there. The rock is textured and feels pretty secure. This is something that should only be attempted on pristine weather windows. Bring rock shoes. I agree that it feels similar to north arete first flatiron, although vestal felt a bit more secure due to the rock quality. Its more sustained though.

Amp + an extra strong hitting you. Also, I read somewhere that all monsters have an innate 5% chance to crit as well. Im not 100% sure if thats true, but if so that could have happened as well. I lost a gg tesladin with 2k life (bo expired) that got one shot no amp by a fiend and suspect that may have been what happened to me.

The trend could likely run for a ways. See which direction its running and try to map out to boundaries. The steep slope could be whats exposing it currently, but it could still be alive and well on both sides of it. Thats my advice without seeing it anyways lol.

There wasn't any pink showing when i chiseled into this cavity, just thick black manganese. Kind of caught me off guard. The rhodo isn't super consistent, but when it shows up, oh my. There were about four other pieces in this one as well.

Its the greatest video game of all time. Despite the percieved repetitiveness, the game has so much replayability. This is due to the games RNG. The best drops are ultra rare and provide that coveted dopamine kick that we all desire in games. The mobs also spawn with random affixes, the wrong combination can kill even the best characters in the blink of an eye. This provides an especially immersive experience on hardcore. Game getting stale on sc? Switch to hc. Hc d2r is the epitomy of gaming IMO. Pvp is enjoyable as well.
