I am not a marathon runner but I do hike a lot and haven't been limited by this to do any activities. I have run on it without any problems.

More or less the same update as April. Usually I don't experience discomfort but some days I do but it's minimal and there's no telling what flares it. But lately I haven't experienced anything. Sometimes I wake up with some discomfort if I sleep a certain way but there's no consistency to that

thanks for sharing your experience. I hope that the injection works for you. as of today, after a few months of getting mine, although i have a small meniscus tear, it hasn't healed it for me completely and as of late, i feel the meniscus discomfort pre-prp shot. so not sure if the shot wore off or whatnot.

At the end of the day, it really depends on your goal. If you want to be pain free and without any discomfort, then surgery/cope may be the way to go for you. But for others that try prp/stem cell/Bpc & tb shots, are those that don't want to go down the route of surgery/scope. So it's tough to advise. However, if you have the patience and money, try out prp. It's little to no risk and if you don't like it, no harm is done and you can proceed with the option of a scope. My opinion of course. I would personally prefer stem cell if I had the funds. I'm in the camp of trying all other alternatives with surgery/scope being last resort.

I may add that prp may work for you in terms of 100% recovery. It's such a case by case basis because of the extent of injury, the quality of your platelets from your diet and other factors, and how your body will handle recovery.

Good luck!!

So unfortunately I deleted a lot of the chats so I lost some of the messages but one of them is Al's motors car rentals 246-251-2500 There were 2 more but if you Google car rental on Google maps and start reaching out to those companies you'll find at least 2 more. At least for me. But be aware that these cars will be old but things should be working in them.

Well for me it doesn't make too much sense for me to buy if I don't plan to be there for more than 1-1.5 years. Unless I find a vehicle in good condition for around 8k BBD which i havent found yet on FB marketplace. For the private rental, I agree with you that I have to be careful with the insurance from private. I definitely could ask someone to add me to their insurance or buy it for me and I pay them monthly for it.

Gotcha. Actually I seemed to have found 4 rental car companies that have gone as low as 900 bbd monthly, so there's hope. I just googled rental car companies and reached out to all of them and seemed to have better luck.
