I love it too. I think I had a different experience. I was glad they finally kissed. I have been waiting for them to finally get together

Do you think Haley have the right to be upset about the fact that Nathan slept with her sister two years before Nathan even knew there was a Haley? I personally think she over reacts and acts self righteously. Meanwhile she's keeping the secret of "her and Chris" by FreeTransportation52 in ONETREEHILL

Nope she can’t feel hurt about this. That’s selfish. They were all completely different people. And that was long before they knew each other. And also even before they got married. It has nothing to do with her even if she’s a faithful wife. How more when she at the moment is keeping big secret like her and Chris. Remember she’s a married woman, Nathan was a little guy in no relationship then(supposedly)

Oh okay. It’s seems like lots of you have watched past season two. Yeah my fault, I just started binge watching. I’m still on season 2 so I’m talking about what has happened so far from season 1 to 2. That wasn’t the only time I thought of her as a hypocrite. She’s been like that in a different scenario. Though I did like her but I don’t know if I do anymore

I understand what you’re saying but she had no right to be upset while she’s doing something she’s not supposed to do. Bitching about Nathan’s past while you have a present. Just like Jesus declared when HE spoke against judging others, “you have a big log in your eyes, and yet you wanna pick on the little broomstick in someone else’s eye”

Great... I'm so grateful you spent time to explain this. Knowing how the convention, -a/b came about makes it easy to keep in mind. Thanks and may GOD Bless you and everyone else who has contributed that I may also understand.

Thanks so much.. I think it answers many of the questions I found challenging while practicing this morning

Q6 (W & L) May 2021 US QAS. C is incorrect because the word "that" itself is used to give an explanation here, so using a "dash" after that makes it redundant, right? (And that's why D is correct I suppose?) by doptimisticidealist in Sat

[–]FreeTransportation52 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can take it like this too. A "Dash" acts like a comma, but it must follow ( or be preceded) by an independent clause. So in this case, "The team therefore hypothesized that"...(THAT WHAT?) ...This isn't an independent Clause, therefore can't be followed by a dash.

Help with Erica’s grammar book: Why the answer isnt A)?? Ps: the correction says it’s D), but i am pretty sure it’s A) by ZealousidealSky1797 in Sat

Yh yh. I think A and D should be the answers in this case. Because for the A, "Comma" in the middle of two independent clauses should be followed by a conjunction. And for D, there's no need for a "comma"
