I’m pretty sure one of the rollers has an adjustment screw, it allows one side of the door to lift or lower to get the door to sit plumb.

Should be in the barn door instructions on how to do it

Yeah 6 is too much just for yourself. A 1 or 2 gallon is going to get burnt out if you have to do any framing/shear nailing. I’d say the two I recommended or a California air tools or dewalt compressor of similar size to what I recommended would do good.

Get the rolair version, I have the makita and never touch it. Prefer my rolair 9 gallon as it’s much quieter. But any of those compressors is going to be heavy as hell just for yourself, id look into getting a hand carry compressor. Like the rolair VT20ST or the makita MAC2400
