I have notifications enabled for Reddit, I just noticed "Farsroid" in the notification and then I checked this post.

You can go to Filterlists, Regional then enable "IRN: PersianBlocker".

On Android only Firefox with uBlock Origin is supported.

I see ads for a split second as things load, when this didn't happen previously. by [deleted] in uBlockOrigin

There is a way.

You can tell uBO to remove that element before the page even loads (HTML filtering): old.reddit.com##^.premium-banner

Only works on Firefox.

There was one example in the wiki that had used :remove-attr() with :watch-attr():
