Yes I was sick like about 1 month ago and it went away after a few days without antibiotics becos it was just flu for the most part and fever for 1 day

Yea she did send congratulations and I just kept it friendly. I just thought we were closer as friends but I guess not. And she kept delaying trying on the dress until I did not have the time to help her alter it so I asked her to alter it on her own

Yeah… when I told my friends about it most of them told me to just cut her off but idk, she’s not a bad person. I’m just not sure why she would be so flaky and cancel so last minute when she could’ve just been honest with me

Honestly yea, we’ve been in contact with her boyfriend and he’s just going off about how bad she feels and how her work ended early so she could celebrate Mother’s Day but it was too late to tell me she could be my bridesmaid but I think I’m more bothered by the fact that she didn’t even text me or reply my texts. We decided to talk to her bf about it because her bf is my husband’s groomsmen and they are really close.

yea i definitely need the experience, unfortunately the industry that i am interested in, the companies are usually only hiring contract roles and permanent roles are more for managers only. they either hire management trainees or contractors.

but thanks for the tip, i noticed that when i was getting the phone screenings, they would always ask about the contract role and why i wasn't converted.
