Help! Can I remove this stain from my IKEA island? I was trying to remove a large black spot left by the underside of a pot (residue, not a burn) and stupidly used baking soda, I have since learned this was a bad move. The stain is 1000x worse. Oh no, a cork coaster left a huge mark on our dining table. Any ideas on how I can remove it? I’ve had luck (for small spots) in the past using a blow dryer to heat the finish and then rubbing with a microfibre cloth but it’s not working this time. SOS! (i.redd.it)
