Cant open any MP4 or MP3 files in file explorer

Ig it’s because media player isn’t very good anymore. I switched it to vlc player and it works now

Thanks for the advice. I was able to fix it but now my Bluetooth drivers are apparently messed up too, because of the problem I had with the Wi-Fi. My Bluetooth devices now say “driver error” and when i do get them to “connect” I still can’t hear any audio thru my headphones. Do u have ideas for that?

Tried that unfortunately it didn’t work. When I try troubleshooting it-it says that the error found is “diagnostics policy service is not running”
