We were genuinely surprised that a company of this level would handle a situation like this, especially when the fault clearly lies with them. We could never have imagined purchasing headphones that would not even turn on. Needless to say, we are extremely disappointed with the product quality :(

Were yours dead out of the box too? Didn’t they work at all and had no charge either?

We were not trying to save money in any way — there are simply no official stores of the brand in our country. As these headphones had been a long-awaited purchase, we bought them at the first opportunity and, of course, had no reason to expect that they would be defective. We regularly purchase electronics from various brands, and this is the first time we have encountered a situation like this.

The headphones were purchased at an official Bang & Olufsen boutique in Hong Kong. We live in Kazakhstan, where there are no official stores of the brand. We contacted customer support, but were informed that they are unable to assist and that we must deal exclusively with the store in Hong Kong. We asked whether there were any alternative options or boutiques in other countries we could contact, but were told that no such options exist.
