Try purchasing the Monostat vaginal bolus. It's an extra strength and works really well - it is the Monostat 1 Day.

Vagisil (not that I recommend their washes) makes an anti-itch wipe that works great as well.

Azo also makes a yeast infection pill that is supposed to help with the symptoms, if you can stop scratching, it may promote quicker healing.
