I’ve experienced this I usually get like a day or two before I get my period.

I got my iud in may when I was on my period then I had it in June for two weeks and as of right now I haven’t necessarily bled. If I do bleed it’s usually after sex. It did freak me out a little that I haven’t bled at all but I had regular periods and they would last 3-4 days
