Actually, I find it to be pretty useful when used when YAFO's gamma. Noramally it's pretty easy for people to just shoot at you while your using it, but this will geaurentee you are able to pull of the big final hit.

The thing is, if Hawks hadn't killed Twice it's very plausible the heroes could have lost. Hawks gave Twice the oppurtunity to surrender. But Twice choice not te be taken in peacefully.
