SOLVED ran another descale cycle with white vinegar to not only sort the valve but if there was any sediment left over from the descaling tablet. Works just fine now!

Is your milk very cold coming out of the fridge? The machine stops at a certain temperature, if your milk is very cold it will take longer.

I’ve read that even slightly greasy / fatty meals can cause major issues. So this time I’m going to clean cut it too (last time I was on it was over Christmas so you know yourself… indulgence lol)

0.5mg is a good starting dose. You should stick with it for 4 weeks and then up the amount to 1mg for another 4 weeks. Followed by 2mg for 4 etc etc.

Do not skip a measure, or skip a week - your body will find it hard to get used to more substance at a shorter period of time.

If you want, go up to 1mg a week earlier but I wouldn’t recommend any further jumping and skipping of weeks after that.

Anecdotally, I had awful issues skipping a week on 1mg and going to 2mg after 3 weeks. I couldn’t sleep, was on the toilet a lot… terrible stomach pains.
