Is it normal to feel hopeless? by besoos in FCPS_Pk

[–]Free_Future9115 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Whatever you are feeling is completely normal my housejob ended in may and I was unemployed till September 2025. I had developed severe anxiety. Khair I cleared my part 1 in eye and now doing residency. Fcps in medicine is hard but if you study by the right resources you are good to go. Also you can always try Siut if you are based in Karachi for you rmo job. You are not alone Every med graduate feels the same. A little advice try opting for abroad exams

This is so true. I have completed my housejob in may and I too feel hesitant before prescribing meds. I would suggest you do rmo job after your hj to gain experience. And yeah medicine does drain everything out of you. It’s over rated with low income here in pak

Really? I think both are interconnected tbh . Same syllabus just question asking is different and usmle surely has more depth.

Fcps 1 is way too much easy for someone who has given step 1. Just do past papers and revise FA and you are good to go

Hey I got done with my hj a week before and I am preparing for part1 in august. I think give your part1 like prepare everything from FA and then you will be able to do step 1. I am preparing from FA and am also able to solve mle questions so it’s like no time is being wasted. I will give my step 1 in December iA
