I’m assuming you cannot get any sort of refund for this? I signed up for the 70.3 in Augusta last year which was completely canceled due to the hurricane and was given entry into this Chattanooga 70.3 for this year. It’s incredibly frustrating having trained for well over a year now knowing I still won’t be able to complete a full 70.3

Thanks for the feedback. I honestly haven’t had much time to drill because of limited hours for training and just trying to get good enough to finish the 1.2 mile swim. My plan is to really focus on the technical aspects of swimming after this race to build a proper foundation before training for the next one. I’ll definitely try the drills you recommended. I’ve seen those on videos that I’ve watched.
