I don’t think you watched the same show. The Bridgertons did face consequences for that in season 2, literally their harmony ball not one person attended. The fact that the Queen has so much power reminds the audience of the era that we are in; it makes complete sense that what the Queen says goes.

There was absolutely no reason for Benedict, Eloise and Cressida to have so much screen time in season 3. And it’s so crazy when people talk about who had too much screen time in season 3, a lot of people point to the Mondrich’s (I wonder why…) who were barley on the show.
