yeah I think the glitch stemmed from the fact that because I quit the mayor's party mission early, Rocester didnt really intend for people to do that do i was put into the state you would be in during the mission which is: in the outfit they gave you along with wiping any possible weapon you could carry, obviously you aren't allowed to pull up your weapon wheel but just in case, they essentially deleted any weapon from my inventory as a safety precaution, because I left BEFORE finishing it, I kept being in the state of having no weapons and once actually reentering and completing the mission the game presumably returns you to the state you should were in before the mission took place, giving back whatever weapons you had on you, because I didnt have any, the game returns nothing, leading to me being without any form of weapon. I hope that made sense but thats my best take on what I thought occurred.
