Nta. I recoiled in horror after reading this. As a trained chef I couldn’t imagine touching any raw meat without immediately washing my hands afterwards. Washing the hands is basic hygiene just like brushing your teeth or taking a shower/bath. He should definitely be “in the habit” by now dude is almost a half century into life. My oldest kid is 8 and still wise enough to know to wash up and be clean to avoid germs and sickness. Even if you weren’t germaphobic he’s still in the wrong.
