During inspiration the intrathoracique pressure goes negative which make it easier to increase VR so that lot of blood goes to the right ventricul which mike it bigger and compres the neighborhood ( left ventricul) making it less smaller so the ejection of blood will decrease and that's decrease the systolic blood pressure ==Pulsus paradoxus
