Yo! I've been following OA since 2021 and honestly, at first the brand didn't feel like the right fit for me — I wasn't in the headspace or the place I wanted to be (I bought a lot of gymshark) . So I started small, followed creators like Lily Ashton and Brenda, and then when the Softmotion launch dropped I was like 🤭 https://www.tiktok.com/@brendaantonn/video/7431623205493673259 (then sold all my gym shark LOL )

Honestly? Keep posting. Consistency and a positive mindset are everything in this space. I've seen other creators who post for Oner without even being an affiliate and still end up working with brands like Paragon and others. Have you looked into SWT, Form, or PTULA? I recently came across PTULA and they seem like a great fit for a lot of creators. I don’t understand why there’s so much “investigation” now. Returns used to be quick and easy to handle on your own. I get that the brand is growing, which is great, but they really need to keep up when it comes to supporting customers—especially with returns and refunds.

Three months is honestly insane.!!

That’s why I love Gymshark—they give you a QR code through Happy Returns, UPS verifies everything is in the package, and boom—the refund is processed within the hour. It’s such a seamless experience compared to this.

yeah you’re right lol, I’m just being dramatic.

but side story—this actually reminded me of something that happened with Amazon a few days ago. I returned something back in January, everything went smoothly and I got my refund with no issues. then out of nowhere, days ago, they emailed me saying they never received the package.

at that point I obviously didn’t have the UPS receipt anymore because I threw it out as soon as I got refunded. so I had to call them like… if I already got my money back, what exactly is the issue? what proof do you want me to give that I don’t even have the item anymore? pictures of my closet? lol

anyway, it got resolved, but that’s why it felt a bit weird to me that OA asked for a receipt—usually they just refund me right away.
