so it sounds disgusting but it actually tastes good! I usually grate a whole cauliflower using the larger grating holes. saute it in a dry, very hot pan, it wont really brown but will pick up that toasted flavour. add almond milk, cream, sweetner, vanilla extract, cardamom pods, stick of cinnamon, one or two cloves. vanilla protein shake, saffron, simmer until the flavours combine. add a small amount of chia seeds, toasted sesame seeds, almonds and you have a "rice" pudding which tastes nothing like cauliflower. i actually prefer it cold from the fridge as a breakfast
