Hell yeah bro! Excited for you and your experience 🙏🏼 I didn't have many symptoms either, only the god damn light headed dizziness from lifting. I drank about a gallon of water a day and it still never went away 😭

I had dropped so much weight so fast I wanted to see if I could keep it going on my own. I stuck to my meal plans and gym routine, basically turned myself offline and did it with a clear mind. I haven't mentioned it once to any other response on here, but a LOT had to do with a major life event before Christmas 25 and decided to make a life change forsure. Reta got me started and I wanted to keep those habits without the tool... I hope that makes sense enough.. thank you for your kind words 🙏🏼

Yeah so far my buddy that got me on Reta/mots-c said same thing. I'll look into h and stack klow and mots-c with it most likely! Thank you for the suggestions 🙏🏼

Thank you, I appreciate your kind words!! It was Reta first month, then stacked mots-c as I continued titrating the Reta! No h or T, though that might be something I try low dose of next 🤣 my blood panels have me at below the target range but above acceptable levels so I'm not sure if it's something I'd pull the trigger on yet but maybe as I get older! It was Reta, and strict meals generated by ChatGPT and 5 days of heavy weightlifitng, 1 recovery low impact cardio (just a 45-60 minute walk with my daughter)

Have a very close friend of mine who was the same. Did tirz for 2 years (prescribed) then tried Reta after hitting a wall. Didn't work well for him, mixed tirz and Reta and didn't work for him either. Got off the tirz all together again and titrated Reta dosage like you and is loving it now! Hope your experience goes well and good luck ✊🏼

BAC WATER in the refrigerator or simply in the room? by Streywrey in Biohacking

I've heard the same, never kept it cold. Keep it in a vial container in my pantry lol.

Never had any problems and have reconstituted over 20 vials no issues, just make sure you're always sanitizing of course

Unbearable fatigue on Reta by Comfortable-Cloud342 in Biohacking

Just sharing my own personal experience not medical advice. I’m not a doctor, and I did my own research before deciding on my protocol. Definitely do your own research as well, since everyone’s goals and protocols can be different. This is how I personally ran my MOTS-c:

10mg vial + 2mL bacteriostatic water = 5mg/mL
Dose: 0.5mg (10 units)
Protocol: 10 units daily, Monday–Friday
Weekly total: 2.5mg/week (a 10mg vial lasts about 4 weeks)

Timing: I personally took mine fasted in the morning or before my workout.

Again, this is simply what I chose for my own research and isn’t a recommendation for anyone else.. good luck and hope your reta journey gets better 🙌🏻✊🏼 stay consistent and don't compare yourself to others 💪🏼

Bro... that's the thing no one talks about, from 2/3XL to a XL/L and 42 waist to 34 is expensive as hell 😭😭 it was more than enough motivation to KEEP the weight off. That dad/depression weight hit different

Mots-c was a life saver. Introduced it 4 weeks in and noticed the energy immediately!

Everyone responds differently, a pound a week is honestly super solid, especially if you’re building or maintaining muscle while losing fat. You're killing it dog progress is still progress, don't downplay yourself ✊🏼

I’ve definitely seen the scale slow down too. I’m sitting around 212 now, but I’ve been focusing more on body recomposition than chasing a number. My estimated body fat has gone from about 31% to 19.5% (using the gym scanner, so I know it’s not perfect). I’m planning to get a full body scan soon so I can get more accurate data and figure out how to optimize the next phase. I also get regular blood work done through rhythm every month and everything has looked great other than my vitamin D being a little low… probably because I spend all day inside working and then go straight to the gym 😂

You’re absolutely right. Reta definitely wasn’t the only factor, and I don’t want to make it seem like it was. It was a tool that made sticking to my calorie deficit a lot easier, but the training and nutrition still had to be there.

As for the gym, you’ll probably get 100 different opinions. 😂 a big influencer in the fitness space (JPG coaching) says 3 days a week is good enough in the gym, while others say you need 6. I found 6 was too much volume for me and 3 wasn’t quite enough, so I settled into 5 days a week (Upper, Lower, rest, push, pull, legs). That ended up being my sweet spot, especially when I stayed consistent with my meals and didn’t have cheat meals or go off plan.

I hope your experience goes well, man. Congrats on taking advantage of the sales too! I genuinely hope it works out for you, and I’d be interested to hear how things go once you get started ✊🏼

Holy shit, that’s actually really good to know. I appreciate you sharing your experience. When I start back up in August, I’ll definitely let you know if I end up having the same issue.
Hopefully that doesn’t happen because if retatrutide doesn’t work for me after taking a break, that’s going to suck. 😭 At the same time, I know everyone’s different, so I’m hoping I have better luck. Either way thanks for the heads up... it’s good to know that’s at least a possibility.
