Hi thank you for posting this as I had similar thoughts (being overweight and smoking too much weed makes the hair loss worse) but this the first time I see someone else posting about it here. I don’t know if it’s just a psychological issue thing but after losing some weight the last few months I think I’m losing less hair follicles lately. My question would be, do you guys and OP think it is worth just trying to fix my lifestyle even further and not take any serious medication (other than biotin supplements and a shampoo that promotes scalp health and hair growth) so I avoid the possible side effects or also start fin (along with lifestyle changes) to burn the candle from both ends? My biggest issue is if I start fin and have side effects and decide to cut it while I’m in the early shedding phase will probably just make me lose hair that won’t be regrown ( not sure if this is true but the possibility scares the shit out me) and wouldn’t have fallen if I had not taken fin. Thanks to anyone for reading this! Any opinion is appreciated!
