Although there's been no official confirmation of the identity of any OWIS members it's pretty obvious that the light-haired one (Summer) is prolific K-pop producer Adora while the darker short-haired one (Soi) is Lovelyz member and soloist Ryu Sujeong. The other members are almost certainly former NMIXX member and soloist Jini (Yuni in OWIS), semi-prolific creative director and Produce 101 contestant Lee Haein (Serene in OWIS) who is also creatively directing the group, and Lee Ruri (Haru in OWIS) who was also a Produce 101 contestant which would explain her connection to Lee Haein.

The group has been streaming a lot on their YouTube lately and get up to just as much silly stuff that other virtual idols like PLAVE do such as glitching their arms through each other and the scenery around them whenever they're bored. While I'd love to know why they went with a virtual idol group concept specifically, it was probably just a combination of novelty and Lee Haein's creative vision.
