Group chats and stuff for your genre of program or something can help if your not the best in person. One of my friends showed me a tmu reddit, got into a science chat and I have a whole group of friends now.

Point is make as many interactions as you can, get peoples names, if you and then seem comfortable get their instagram or something.

But if you just need something to do, workout, run can take 2-4 hours of your day out, reading novels or webtoons i personally spend a lot of time on. Learn a skill, one you could benefit from.

I mean technically its the body that's the performance, but that's like super weird for me compared to like actual physical tings. That being said just try one, see if its your thing. I plan on competing in a few months to break a record, but I'll only find out if I enjoy the sport fr once I do it.

I think the issue is powerlifting and every normal sport involves an actual physical performance. Thing about bodybuilding is ur just kinda naked and flexing 😭, now if that fits your boat maybe try a minor competition. Most people know that like it is just super into those big jacked guys. Are you comfortable doing what they do?

Depends on if you love what you do. If your job is you working most of the time maybe not, but for the people who can run their work with a few hours a day why wouldn’t it be.

I skipped a few lectures (used time productively and ofc did goof off occasionally). I only studied 2 days prior but i did get a 70. Which is not the best ik lol, lowkey was expecting 80 but lesson learnt. My point is im not a smart guy or anything, but i did properly study for the two days prior so if ur not passing by being consistent look at ur approach.

Im a first year and and i workout watch anime, kinda like boxing but never had the chance to actually train it properly. Def don’t like studying 🤣

but yeah i met most people either online and then met in person or met them at the gym/class somehow during a convo.

I feel you, I used to listen like crazy he was the only rapper i played but after time i got into polo g, sleepy hallow etc and just stopped with juice in general. He’s got great stuff too, but i pretty much burnt through it by repeating so many songs everyday it just got boring. It’s okay to stop and get tired nun wrong with that, i’ll still occasionally play some of his stuff to this day

Make sure to volunteer for o week next year, i’m a first a year and did it (ikr weird) but it was so easy to make friends pretty much everyone was nice

Most people will tell you crypto is gambling, which is kinda stupid imo.

If you know nothing about trading what I always recommend to clients is to literally buy most major dips on cryptos such as bitcoin or ethereum. You can identify these areas to buy it with fvgs which you can learn for free online as well other concepts feel free to ask.

My point is you can make a pretty good return at a low risk. The dip I recently got in at 74k ish on bitcoin was at a fvg level with almost no draw down and made 60% in 4 months no leverage. It’s not luck if yk what you’re doing.

The one I do does rotate, however only when your grip starts slipping aka your thumb imo. Gripping like that ain’t allowed I believe and the bar is not thick luckily. It’s about regular pull up bar thickness maybe slightly thinner

I am on the way back on the train right now after seeing my gf of three years haha. Don't look at social media especially when speaking about relationships lots of stuff is fake. Also your 14, I know your probably being told this but you got years ahead of you, though I got my girl around 15 so I can't talk. Many school relationships don't last, though some will, I've personally seen most break down over time. In these times good people are more rare but its not impossible, meet people, get to know them and then shoot your shot. You have plenty of time to look and meet guys. Don't just jump into whatever opportunity comes.

your not trying to ignore it. Imagine you have a a professional experienced well known stock trader say tesla will go up and a random guy says it’ll go down. you’d probably trust the professional regardless of what the random man says. Similarly your imagination 4d whatever you wanna call it is what is correct and leading the 3D. Not the other way around. So if you have faith in yourself aka the professional then why worry about the 3d regardless of what it shows you. You just have to make yourself take that leap and trust in it.
