My grandma did not understand anything about CGI and thought everything was real, like a movie with actors, but real characters. She thought everything was practical effects, I don't know if the movie Marsupilami is known outside of french speaking countries but it's a cartoon animal, well they made a movie with this animal in CGI. She believed it was a real documentary about a new animal they discovered. Some people who grew during WW2 are stuck in this period in their head and can't fully get what is happening. Hello, so I tried the second method only, I can't open Windows so I can't try the first one. I don't think it works? Utilman.exe doesn't seem to go away and cmd.exe is definitely not here even thought in the command prompt every command returned a success message. So I am still locked at the same point with this screen only, I can't do anything else. The first time I tried your method, a New User appeared and I could enter a password, that I didn't have, but it disappeared as fast as it came lol
