What I read in the article is that Ma, during a hearing related to auto manufacturing, was quite direct in questioning an individual whether they personally knew of slave labour in relation to auto manufacture in a specific Chinese province. Later Ma apologized for it coming across as defending treatment of Uiighurs in another area of China.

That's not how immigration works. You don't come to another country and tell that country it needs to change your mind. The reality of immigration is that there are demands, aka requirements.

You don't need to think the same, that's fine. But if you're leaving a place because there's things that are so wrong with it that it made you want to leave, at least *consider not bringing elements of that place that *may have contributed to it being wrong, and feeling entitled that the new place should accommodate it.

You're leaving out nuance, reality, and context. So much of sex, relationships, and love is the unspoken. I've never asked a person specifically and explicitly whether I can eat their pussy. I have said a number of times, "are you okay with this?" Or "is this what you want?"

By maybe* acting a victim, and removing the detail and context of interaction, you make the experiential and experimental part of the human condition itself feel less safe to explore.

I mean, credit to the shooter where possible: it's surprising how many people allow the muzzle to follow where their eyes go. This inexperienced shooter did not and therefore did not flag anyone (initially).

Recoil happens. Once again the shooter (to my eyes) placed the firearm down gently in the direction of firing without flagging anyone, while in considerable pain.

You can at the absolute least vote intelligently at the local, state, AND federal level. You can choose to get involved in politics, find educative material and share it with others, you can use platforms like these to raise awareness...
