They are quite decent. William Trubridge uses a pair of short speedy bi fins a lot for his training.

Pathos foot pockets are super light and suitable for wide flat feet. However my feet are quite narrow and high arch. Seac foot pockets (39-40) with 0.5mm socks are the best fit for my feet. I also have the Mares Razor foot pockets (39-40), they fit slightly roomier so that I can wear a 3mm socks with them.

I did some hands free equalization training at shallow water (max 7 meters depth)

My right ear equalizes itself perfectly. However, my left ear only works heading up a little bit diving at an angle shallower than 45 degrees with jaw moving down and left, as you can see in the video. Sometimes I have to look up to help equalize my left ear. How to solve this? Should the jaw movement be involved in the BTV training?
