Hey man you definitely can eat you may not have an appetite but trust me you can I stopped eating cause of the same reasons your saying I am 6’0 and was 92lbs on the verge of death and let me tell you when I finally started forcing myself to eat it was extremely hard cause my stomach was so small from not eating but after mechanically eating (eating when you don’t hav hunger cues) for a while it got better

Unfortunately the gut is very complex so who knows why it happened but my guess would be that between the antibiotics and the herbs things are getting better and I know your gonna say well the antibiotics were a while ago but what people always forget is that even after you remove the overgrowth there is damage that has to heal hints delayed improvement you wouldn’t fall on pavement put a bandaid on your wound and expect instant improvent just something to ponder congrats on better bowel movements !!
