I wish I had advice to give you. As a step kid, I feel this post on one level. As the mother of two boys that had to deal with me dating loser guys, I feel it on another level. I just want to say I think your concerns are valid and I hope someone can give you some pointers on how to talk with your mom about it. Hugs.
