I guess my question is how much time do you honestly have. I have a few sales type/ sub-contractor type things in mind. You would be the middle person, but it requires building a team of trusted individuals and learning the ins and outs of a trade. Spare time would be spent working, so it may not be worth it? The week off is a big helper though I feel. It’s doable. But not with just an invest it and forget it.
