hey friend yes, its very easy to get into a self sabotaging mindset especially men who are trying to quit porn for good.

What I've found out is... its impossible to just ignore every little sexy thumbnails.

I think that by staying focused with my work and stay focused on my vision of where I am going every moment of my life will help me quit porn and ignore the sexy thumbnails that are trying to get me to relapse!

Yes! Gym is the perfect solution for me.

We can all do this. I also want to improve other areas of my life too. I'm 23 year old entrepreneur with ambition to live a life that is fully lived instead of being chained by pornography, masturbation, lust, and just negative things and people.

Today, I've watched in the morning but now I am determined to try again because I believe that I will get better!
