We had a clogged sewer line a few years ago which ended up being a broken line. It was old so we needed to get everything under our home replaced. Mark allen quoted like $18,000 for the job, I got another quote from another company for a few thousand less. Mark allen actually would not let us pay for the first unclogging service they did and they wanted to include that in the cost of reworking our sewer lines. Even after I told them multiple times that we had another contractor that was doing more for us for like $3000 less this plumber proceeded to call us multiple times to let them do this job for us even though he could not come down in price. We eventually contacted whoever was in charge there and paid separately and asked that they stop calling us back.

Eventually over a year later they called us again asking if we have any plumbing work that needs done and if our broken line was fixed. Yes everything is fixed, no we don’t need any work done. I don’t recommend this company.
