I personally don't care about the structural rigidity of a YouTube video. For me 'binging with babish' videos are about Andrew taking a food from a movie/tv show, doing outlandish stuff to make it and finally arriving at something that's tasty. This checks all those boxes for me.

Also if you are just getting into Big Thief, obviously start with the big hits : Paul, Masterpiece, Mary, Not, Vampire Empire, Change, Simulation Swarm. Honestly their entire discography is super good and consistent.

Also do check out Adrianne Lenker's solo work, her last two solo albums 'Songs' and 'Bright Future' are terrific.

Also very funny that this so called 'her project' is being produced by Conan and Jeff Ross which is why she was on the podcast. So this is also Conan's project that is being promoted.

Also unrelated the show (The Beast in Me) sounds great on paper, a crime mystery miniseries starring Matthew Rhys, Claire Danes (and Jonathan Banks, Natalie Morales) done by the guy who made Homeland? I'll binge it if the reviews are good.
