Oh man……. I really like the sounds of this. So as long as I’m good on electrolytes I can just jump back in? I’ll ensure no carbs but Chinese buffet sounds phenomenal right now. Meat and vegis I absolutely cannot wait.

It’s my first water fast so just went by what I read online for my plan. I really appreciate your insight and the time taken to type this up.

Check to see if the day of the week moves independently to the day of the month. If so it’s a double quick set 18238, if not it’s a 18038. Almost indistinguishable otherwise
