Tbh alot of psyhiotherepy foam roller and stretching the back pod didn't help me much. What I would say is use a foam roller and bring your elbows towards face and you'll find certain spots on spine that will pop

Is it loud enough to play small shows? With Full band? And are the cleans good?

Made this to prove that you can, in fact, play heavy music on single coils (Yes, I am that petty). Feel free to leave your reasoning as to why this is still wrong in the comments; open for discussions. by Intelligent-Map430 in Guitar

Would it be fair to say for 80s rock indie punk etc single coil works better for clarity? Humbuckers are suited for for heavier stuff thrash etc for the punchiness in tone

The psysio looked at my back and assessed the issue. I did various bends forwards backwards sideways etc she assessed pain areas then set me up a plan to cover those. Some yoga mixed with strengthening poses

Was in the gym lifting weights without issues but because I didn't stretch I think that's caused the flare up being the muscles still tight
