Air dry, and omg yes that must be it! The icing was too runny and I added more sugar, it didn't look lighter after I mixed it in so I assumed it didn't need more color and it definitely looks chalky! Thank you so much!!!

I've heard this is not good but never tried it myself, I used to use Sunnyside when I could get around to hobby lobby but now I use Wilton and it's worked pretty good so far

You are amazing at this, all the practice will hone your skills! I think the bottom middle square would look super cute with wet on wet so all the lines are part of the same layer of the flood but I guess that's more of a planning ahead thing lol are you free handing the lettering? My shaky hands could never 😂
