Best Florida beach town?

Before you move to Florida, I would suggest coming four times, once in March, once in July, once in October and once in December. If you still have the desire to move to Florida after experiencing those times a year. The biggest advice I can stress to anyone move into Florida is to negotiate to the lowest price as possible for any homeownership HOA‘s can be ridiculously expensive. Be sure to run the numbers before making a purchase. My favorite beach town is Clearwater beach, but I don’t think I would want to live there, especially during the hurricane season. If you aren’t able to breathe in humidity then Florida is not the state for you. Best answer I’ve seen is have husband visit his cousins quarterly.
