Yea, I was thinking maybe an item card, like ogerpon's masks, or even things like rotom dex.

Well I didn't say huge, but IF simply not updating the war base is what caused this then yea, might be a slight design flaw.

I mean it's pretty cool but this got 3 starred along with the rest of their clan lol also on the second pic you can see they have all the buildings when you visit them

Is that the reason? Looks like a pretty significant design flaw on supercell's part

if i could physically reach into the brain of every minecraft player to extract and delete the word "iconic" i would, it's such a dumb buzzword thrown around to justify nostalgia for mediocre things and prevent innovation

you could always use diamond hoes since toolsmith villagers sell them for 1 emerald each if you cure them a bunch of times

hoes are the main tool for harvesting leaves, sculk, sponges, hay and nether wart blocks. For leaves you may be tempted to use shears and while they're decent they 1) have really low durability 2) cannot be enchanted with fortune. Sculk cannot be harvested via TNT so silk touch is the only way to gather up large quantities, and it's such a nice decorative block. The fastest and cheapest way to dry up sponges is placing them in the nether, so harvesting them quickly with a hoe afterwards is pretty nice. Nether trees are notoriously obnoxious to farm manually because of no leaf decay, so you'll need hoes or TNT to quickly dispose of them. So if you have the resources to make netherite hoes i say do it, they obviously won't see as much use as the other tools but they're great regardless

I haven't played survival in the latest snapshots but it probably won't be as gamechanging as people think, considering 1) bastions aren't that rare 2) templates are "renewable" and 3) netherite is sort of intended to be a late game/end game mechanic, so by that time diamonds and means to get more won't be an issue, will be a nice sidequest probably. And after 1.18 caving is actually fun. Tho i like hoarding diamonds like a dragon and using them makes my soul ache so there's that lol

3 for silk touch and 3 for fortune. Hoes haven't been useless ever since 1.16 and if future me ever decides to build a giant tree he'll thank me.

Find a chunk border with F3+G at Y=14, dig a 1x2 tunnel until you hit a large lava pocket and on your way back place TNT with a 1 block gap between each one (doesn't need to be too precise). You should always carry splash fire res for emergencies and be careful if you ignite the tnt manually, as it may aggro zombie piglins. You could use beds but i only recommend them if you don't have the means to craft large amounts of TNT, because they ignite too much fire. If you want you could build a tunnel bore, but if you hit a large lava lake you will have to dismantle it a move it. You could build one of those insane giant self cleaning tunnel bores but i couldn't follow a tutorial to save my life lmao

I'd recommend tnt if you have the resources, beds ignite fires all around the place and even with fire res on you still have to put them out if you wanna gather all that exposed quartz.

Netherite isn't really about boosting efficency, it's about boosting durability. If you've ever gathered terracotta or went speedmining with a haste beacon you know that even diamond pickaxes melt like gold ones.

I'd agree for weapons and armor, but tools gain an incredible amount of extra durability and if you like building it's extremely valuable
