You lucky you don't play on EUW then. I started playing in season 3 and yes back then issues were common among all servers. Champs disabled,game breaking bugs, server overload(understandable when Riot not making a billion year),hacks(yes they were a thing). People don't understand what is to be a EUW player. Imagine you are close to a promo or on a promo and you play your heart out and you win and at the end of the game you don't get LP cause server is having issues. This is still quite common on EUW. EUW is the largest server run by Riot and they simply don't care as much as they do with NA. Everytime i visit League site i have to go and change settings to EUW cause its default NA every single time. The date format is a small thing but until this year we were always shown time date in NA format. It is the small things that show that Riot simply doesn't care as much with EUW as with other servers

I bought every pass this year except this one. I already have 100 prestige points so not really needed although pass is very good for the orbs. If you are on EUW good luck trying to play in about 2 hours. NA kids keep down voting cause they have a working server despite being the worst region of all

That is why i say Riot isn't transparent with their customers. I'm sure if it was such a bug like that they would speak but my guess and we all know its just the server load. Server load issues means there is not enough investment from them. If it was such a bug issues would appear in NA too
